Yoga can be a means of liberation. Maybe it's a way to free yourself from the idea that you can or can't do specific things; maybe it's liberation from habitual ways of thinking or spending time. Ultimately, it can be liberation from the notion that we are separate.
Both Yogawood studios are located in the middle of beautiful towns in Southern New Jersey, accessible by public transportation, and welcoming to people of all ages, sizes, backgrounds, and abilities. We welcome you and are grateful to be part of your practice.
